Since 1994, Bayer has established 14 production facilities with Chinese partners , in all four of our core competencies -Health care、Polymers、Agriculture and Chemicals. Bayer Guangyi Panel Co., Ltd. and Bayer Healthcare Co., Ltd. are two of them, which located in the Beijing Development Area.
Bayer Guangyi Panel Co., Ltd.(BGP ),which has obtained the Approval of High-Technology for Foreign Enterprises issued by Beijing Municipal Commission for Science & Technology, BGP is a joint venture which Bayer has a 93% equity position of the company.BGP is a manufacturer specialised in Makrolon PC panel, which is made of Makrolon Polycarbonate resin produced by Bayer AG Germany. The headquarter of BGP is located in Beijing Development Area. The outside office of BGP located in Guangzhou、Shanghai、Chengdu、Shenyang respectively.

作为拜耳集团在中国的一家合作企业，拜耳光翌板材有限责任公司成立于1997年4月4日，拜耳（中国）有限公司作为控股方占有公司股份的93%。拜耳光翌主要生产以拜耳公司研制的模克隆聚碳酸酯为原料的高级工程塑料板材，并已获得北京市科学技术委员会颁发的"外商投资高新技术企业批准书"。拜耳光翌总部设在北京经济技术开发区宏达北路20号，并在广州、上海、成都和沈阳设有外地办事处。
